Ms. Romero offers diverse experience in the administration of real estate land development projects. Her leadership ability provides direction and coordination of planning, design, construction and post-construction phases of the project, to ensure project is on schedule and it adheres to budget constraints.

Ms. Romero is responsible for managing the process of design and pre-construction phases including managing consultants and overseeing design; preparing RFPs, selection of consultants, A/E contract negotiations; review of architectural and engineering documents; administration of entitlements, permit process, value engineering process, Owner’s schedule and interfaces with governmental jurisdictions.

Ms. Romero brings over 25 years of civil engineering design background combined with project management experience in Theme Parks (Disney California Adventure, CA); Retail (Hollywood & Highland, CA);  2nd generation base building construction (Kodak Theatre, CA); management of 3rd party Tenant improvements; Residential Condominiums (Allure Waikiki, HI), and Hospitality (Viceroy Mayacoba Mexico and Viceroy Anguilla BWI). Prior to joining the company, Ms. Romero managed projects for Walt Disney Imagineering, TrizecHan Development Corporation, The Kor Group, and Fifield Realty Group.

Ms. Romero’s education and professional credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico; a Construction Management Certificate from UCLA Extension and an LAUSD Owner Authorized Representative (OAR) Training Certification for Construction Management. Ms. Romero is a registered licensed engineer in California and Mexico.
